A subsidiary of Maison Joanne since 2009, its mission is the distribution of Bordeaux Grands Crus on the American continent.

Since its creation in 2021, the subsidiary Joanne Rare Wines has been dedicated exclusively to the international distribution of the world’s finest wines.

A new subsidiary created in 2024, Joanne PremieR is dedicated to France's premium on-trade (fine dining, bistronomy, hotels) and specialist wine retail channels
